1. Controller

The data controller in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Ardens e.V. (full address in the imprint). For data protection questions please contact privacy@ardens.eu.

2. Data collected on visit

When you use our website, technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access time are temporarily processed to provide the site and ensure its security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

4. Donations and payments

Donations are processed via Stripe as our payment service provider; the data necessary for the transaction is transmitted to Stripe. The personal details you submit through our donation and contact forms are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services.
